Everything for separation prep

Spot color separation

Automatic palette detection in perceptual Lab space, 2 to 16 colors, with per-layer recoloring and merging.

Keep-original knockout

Remove a color without flattening the art. Gradients and glows stay intact, and the faded edge becomes clean halftone dots in the true art color, made for DTF.

Color knockout

One-click background removal, eyedropper knockouts, tolerance, edge feather and alpha cutoff for crisp transfers.

Halftones

Round, ellipse, square, diamond and line dots with LPI, angle, dot gain and highlight/shadow limits.

CMYK & mono screens

Process separations at standard screen angles, or a single-ink grayscale halftone in any color.

Tone control per layer

Print any spot layer at a lighter tint using a halftone tone percentage.

White underbase

Generate a choked white layer under your colors for dark garments, previewed on any shirt color.

How it works

  1. Load your PNG or JPG artwork.
  2. Knock out backgrounds and unwanted colors.
  3. Separate into spot colors or halftone screens.
  4. Export every layer as a transparent PNG at your DPI.

FAQ

Is my artwork uploaded anywhere?

No. All processing happens locally in your browser.

What size can I use?

Images larger than 4096 px on the long side are scaled down on load to keep things responsive.

Which RIP software accepts the output?

The layers are standard transparent PNGs with DPI metadata, so any RIP that imports PNG will take them.
